Greetings, I am your Interim Priest pending the appointment of your new Rector – which we expect fairly soon.
It is a blessing to be among you. I was a summer student here at St. Margaret for the summer of 1989 and have many fond memories of my time with you.
I have been a life long learner and still have much to learn. I graduated from MSVU (B.Arts with distinction) and AST (Master of Divinity).
Throughout the years of ministry, I have been blessed with great parish appointments and with ongoing professional continuing education. My two Sabbath leaves focused on reconciliation within communities of faith in Northern Ireland and within families through a program Spiritual Caregiving to help Addicted Persons and Families.
My most recent parish appointment was at Trinity Anglican Church Halifax and it was a blessing to be with them for three years as they awaited the appointment of a permanent Rector.
It is a privilege to be among you at St. Margaret at this point in your journey. I have been blessed in studying parish transitions through the Interim Ministry Network and their insights have been helpful in tending to interim times.
Blessings to each one of you and it is a great gift to be among you again.
